"So I ordered it anyway."

What a really unique camera. This camera also has the best in camera JPEG processing I've ever seen. My old SX700 that was serviceable for years finally gave up and failed. Meh, life goes on, immediately ordered more batteries off Amazon. I just love how easy it is to get good looking shots.
