"Minolta wake up!"

Me and my husband have planned a trip to Bahamas. The initial charge using the Minolta MN35Z-BK to charge the battery took about 2 hours. After taking a photo, it would not focus or operate, or so it seemed. I've researched this Minolta MN35Z-BK A LOT and I only heard great things. Paired with my smartphone no problem.

Minolta MN35Z-BK Final Thoughts

"Beautiful landscapes."

It size is great for pockets and small purses. I like that while I am learning I can rely on the IA mode to take great shots for me. Full manual, Shutter Priority and Aperture Priority. My old SX700 that was serviceable for years finally gave up and failed. Ergonomics count, especially when you get used to Minolta's excellent system--wow!

"Still five stars!"

The Minolta MN35Z-P is small and fast. A duck flying by very quickly skimming the water over Lake Washington. Mid-afternoon typically required swapping in a charged battery. Simple to figure out how to use, even for beginning photographers. This is the perfect compromise camera for me.

"Keep it simple!"

After taking a photo, it would not focus or operate, or so it seemed. Auto-ISO is on the conservative side, which I would like to have more control over. This camera also has the best in camera JPEG processing I've ever seen. What a really unique camera. What a really unique camera.

Minolta M35Z Final Thoughts

"All in my Pelican case."

This is great because my mother likes the viewfinder and I like the LCD. I can't wait to try it out at the zoo. It's got pretty much everything I could want in a Minolta Digital Camera. I started with a NEX-6 and moved up to an Minolta M35Z. Manual focus would've been nice.
